Make sure you set the correct time zone as it will affect your call history, recordings, voicemail messages, and business hours. Note: If you have a Zoom Phone license, this setting will also be used for Zoom Phone. Language: Edit the default language for the Zoom web portal.ĭate and Time: Click Edit to change your time zone, date format, and time format. This allows your local time to be visible on your profile card.ĭate Format: Edit the date format for your region. Time Zone: Edit the time zone to apply to the Zoom desktop client, mobile app, and provisioned desk phones. Note: If you have Zoom Phone direct numbers, they will automatically display under Direct Number in your profile card in the desktop client or mobile app.Labels are visible to other users when they search for you in the Zoom desktop client or mobile app, including Zoom Phone and SMS. (Optional) When adding a phone number, you can click the Select a label drop-down menu to apply a label to the phone number for example, Mobile, Office, Home, or Fax.Users can view your profile card by hovering over or tapping your profile picture. These phone numbers will appear on your profile card in the Zoom desktop client and mobile app. When adding an external number, Zoom will prompt you to verify it before it appears in your profile. ![]() To add a phone number, click Add Phone Number. ![]() Phone: Add up to 3 external phone numbers to your profile. Your profile picture, display name, pronouns, phone, department, job title, and location are displayed to other users when they hover over your profile picture in the Zoom desktop client. Please contact your account admin to make any changes. Note: If you are unable to change your pronouns, your account admin might have prevented you from changing this item. This feature requires Zoom version 5.7.0 or higher.
